Jenny McConnel

Jenny McConnel works as a Sustainable Development Advisor at the Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, sitting across two mission areas: Implementation and Impact, and Health. Within the Health mission, she supports public bodies to address the wider environmental, cultural, economic, and social determinants of health, with a particular focus on food systems. Jenny recently completed a CPD module on the Public Policy of Food at St George’s University, City.  

Jenny has a strong background in social research and policy, having previously worked as a consultant at Miller Research, as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament, and as a Place Programme Manager at Renaisi, where she developed experience in systems and place-based approaches to social change.

Mae gan Jenny brofiad helaeth ym maes ymchwil a pholisi cymdeithasol, wedi cyfnod yn gweithio fel ymgynghorydd ym Miller Research, fel Cynorthwyydd Seneddol Achrededig yn Senedd Ewrop, ac fel Rheolwr Rhaglen Lle yn Renaisi, lle y bu’n datblygu ei phrofiad gyda systemau a dulliau safle-benodol o fynd i’r afael â newid cymdeithasol.
